What is more relaxing and uplifting than a yoga session? For me, yoga helps me reconnect with your life purpose.

 

I love yoga! I’ve been doing it for 3 years now and I love it. Maybe it is because of how connected my mind is to my body or how much of a great workout it is. It is amazing how when you are doing yoga, you get to know how your body works and you get to know parts of your body that you didn’t even know existed.

 

But if there’s something I learned in these 3 years is how much practice changes by doing the different positions and poses in a wrong way.
