exchanges and returns

 

We do not accept returns. However, we are happy to exchange any new and unused merchandise within the first 10 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned for an exchange in with its original packaging and labels.

The Wakami team works hard to inspect each piece before it is shipped. If the reason you are requesting an exchange is because of a manufacturing defect, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please email customerservice@wakamiglobal.com with a photo and your request. We do not accept exchanges due to damage caused by misuse or regular wear and tear.

If you would like to process an exchange, please email customerservice@wakamiglobal.com for detailed instructions and an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. This number must be written on the outside of your package before you mail it to us. Any package without an RMA number written on the outside will be refused by the shipping department.

When mailing us the item you wish to exchange, please include a note with your name, shipping address, phone number, email, and reason for the exchange. We do not reimburse any expense or cost for initial or return shipping.

Wakami Global can’t process claims from Wakami products that are purchased on other platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and Etsy.
