It demonstrates the strength that empowered women have nowadays. It shows their capacity to change how the world works. Also, it presents how they’re able to make the world a better place. These women have the ability to speak up for those who have no voice. This award recognizes women’s ability to make positive changes in the world. I was born in Guatemala, I’m in love with life, with colors, with art and with exploring and learning from this world. I’m a firm believer that passion is what make things beautiful. I’m interested in alternative education, performing arts, women empowerment and dogs. I worked on the fashion industry for a while, even though I love it, I always felt I was lacking a why, a purpose. This is why I now work at Wakami, telling stories and changing the reality of my country one character at a time
